When she started Chiropractic College, her son Ralph resigned from his position as an engineer at Bellcore and the two became students at Life University in Atlanta, Georgia. Becoming licensed in Oregon is very different from NJ and CA requirements, because the scope of practice here is considerably wider and therefore more challenging. After passing all five national boards, she also had to pass Oregon's state boards, which included obstetrics, gynecology, minor surgery and proctology. Of the nearly 50,000 chiropractors in the United States, only 22 are certified to perform these specialty procedures, all of them in Oregon. Dr. Veronica and her son Dr. Ralph are among these few. Together they have chosen the most effective and safest procedures for their patients. Over the years Dr. Veronica has also developed her own adjusting Technique, she calls C.T.L.T. to help patients with pain and Fibromyalgia symptoms. Dr. Veronica is also the author of The Scoliosis Self-Help Resource Book. To find out more about her book, simply click on the link above.

Rachel T.: "My mom and I have been through a lot of doubt about what to do for our scoliosis. But once we began adjustments at Gentle Care Chiropractic, I felt like we had found a permanent cure for the back pain. I completely agree with their belief in changing (or even just barely altering) your lifestyle to get what you want. I'm so glad we decided to try them out, because I can feel results -- without any surgery scars!" |
