In Oregon, all insured parties receive a minimum $15,000 of Personal Injury Protection to be used for medical care, paid regardless of who caused the crash. Most of our accident patients never pay for any treatment out of pocket.

Frequently asked questions
I was just in a car accident. What should I do?
Get evaluated soon; whiplash doesn't always show its full severity for days. A documented exam matters both for your recovery and for your claim. Call us to get seen quickly and open your PIP claim.
Do I have to pay upfront after an accident?
Almost never. Every Oregon auto policy includes PIP, covering up to $15,000 regardless of fault. We bill your insurer directly, so most accident patients have no out-of-pocket costs.
Do I need a referral or an attorney to be treated?
Neither. You can come in straight after an accident, no primary care referral needed, with or without an attorney. If you have one, we'll coordinate with their office.
How long does my PIP coverage last?
It covers reasonable, necessary expenses within two years of the crash date, up to the $15,000 limit. Starting care earlier and avoiding gaps improves outcomes.
Do you accept my insurance?
We're in network with most Oregon plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Providence, Moda, Kaiser, Aetna, Cigna, United, CareOregon, Oregon Health Plan, and Medicare.
